My partner and I recently went on the Santorini Sea Kayak - South Discovery tour and it was a truly amazing experience! The tour was well organized and the transportation was very convenient. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the starting point of the tour.
Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, providing us with all the necessary equipment and instructions. We felt safe and confident throughout the tour, even though we had never kayaked before. The small group size of eight people was perfect as it allowed us to have a more personalized experience and receive plenty of attention from the guide.
The kayaking experience was fantastic! We got to paddle along the unique southwest coastline of Santorini and see the Red, Kambia, and White beaches from a whole new perspective. It was amazing to escape from the crowds and enjoy being outdoors while exploring the beauty of the island.
We also had the opportunity to go snorkeling and swimming in the Aegean sea in isolated spots that can only be reached by sea. The water was crystal clear and it was a unique feeling to get as close as possible to the sea.
In addition to the kayaking, we were also provided with snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. The tour ended with a picnic on a secluded beach where we relaxed and enjoyed the scenery.
